Turn Your Ideas Into a One-of-a-Kind Work of Art
Whether you have a favorite photograph, a meaningful memory, or simply an idea in mind, we make the custom artwork process simple and enjoyable. Every painting is thoughtfully created with attention to detail, artistic craftsmanship, and your personal vision.
Note: Reviewing our Portfolio is important so you will know what our artwork style is. We mix realism with a bit of abstract. Our main focus in realism is on the face, specifically the eyes. If you have a different style in mind, we may be able to suggets another artist who offers your preferred style.
Step 1 – Send your reference photo
or artwork concept
The first step is easy. Simply fill in the form below and submit:
• A clear reference photo from your device.
• Multiple photos for combined compositions
• Or a general concept for the artwork you would like created
This could include:
• Pet portraits
• Family portraits
• Wildlife paintings
• Landscapes
• Horses and equestrian artwork
• Memorial portraits
• Custom fine art concepts
The better the photo quality, the more detail we can capture in the final painting. If you’re unsure which image to use, or you arn’t sure if your photo is of sufficient quality, we are happy to help you choose the best option.
Step 2 — Discuss Your Vision
Once we receive your form with images and/or concept, we will create a proposal showning details such as:
• Canvas size
• Medium (oil, acrylic, watercolor, etc.)
• Background style
• Color palette
• Overall mood and composition
• Special requests or personalization
This proposal will include a digital image showing the work as we understand it. At this stage, we can also provide recommendations based on what works best artistically for your subject.
Step 3 You accept our proposal and pay a deposit.
After reviewing your project details, we will provide:
• Pricing (an actual firm proposal, not just an estimate.)
• Estimated completion time
• Shipping information
Every artwork is individually priced based on complexity, size, and medium. The deposit is 50% of the full price and is typically non-refundable. The balance will be due upon completion of the artwork.
Step 4 — Artwork Creation Begins
Once approved and deposit receied, your custom artwork is placed on our schedule and we begin the painting process. Toward the end of the creation process, progress updates may be provided so you can see your artwork come to life.
Each painting is carefully handcrafted with professional-quality materials and fine art techniques.
Step 5 — Final Approval & Delivery
When the artwork is complete:
• Final images will be sent for approval
• Any minor finishing adjustments can be discussed
• A Paypal Invoice will be provided for ez payment.
• Your artwork will then be carefully packaged and shipped
The result is a timeless custom piece of fine art created specifically for you.
