HOW IT WORKS
Tell us what you’d like created just for you.
Tell us what you’d like us to create for you and/or upload your photo using our “Request-a-Quote” form. You may send multiple photos as needed. Your photo should be a high quality .jpg image. If you are unsure, just tell us about your idea, and we’ll help you put it all together. An example would be, “I’d like a painting showing Mountains of Alaska in the background with a Kodiak bear by rocky mountain stream.” etc.
We review your reference photo(s) or ideas. We may contact you for further information if needed. Once we believe we understand what you are looking for, we provide a mock-up of the art for you to approve. This helps us understand exactly what you want. We will make revisions to this sketch until you are completely satisfied that we understand your wishes.
When we believe we have a good understanding of your wishes, we put together a written quote so you know exactly what your custom artwork will cost before committing.
A 50% deposit reserves your place in our production schedule.
When you are ready to begin, we will provide a Paypal invoice for your deposit. Once we receive your deposit, we place your project on our schedule. When we feel the work is almost finished, we will provide a photo of the work for your approval. This is the perfect time to let us know your thoughts, make any tweeks, or let you know you love it.

Depending on the work requested and our workload, we typcially take from 2 weeks to 2 months to complete a work of art. We will keep in contact with you so you are aware of any delays, if any. Once you have approved the final work, a final Paypal invoice is provided so you can pay the balance.
Your finished artwork is photographed and prepared for delivery.
