How it Works

It is true that the majority of our client’s have a photo they love and want us to turn that photo into a work of art, but you may not know that we also create works of art from a simple idea. If you have an idea but no photo, simply tell us what you are looking for and we will help you come up with the design for the painting.

Receive our free, no-obligation proposal. This will include a concept sketch for your review. You may make as many changes you’d like until we get it right.

Review our proposal and concept sketch. You may make changes at this point until we get it right.

Once you approve the proposal sketch and you decide you wish to have us create your custom work of art, simply let us know and we will get started. Sometimes, depending on the complexity of the work, we may request a 50% deposit to reserves your place in our schedule.

We create your artwork and send you a photo of the painting for your approval. You may request progress photos if you desire along the way.

Once you are completely satisfied with your finished artwork, we apply a protective coat of picture varnish, photograph the work, and prepare it for delivery. We will send you a Paypal invoice for final payment.

Every commission is unique, so pricing depends on the artwork’s size, number of subjects, complexity, and level of detail. After reviewing your request and reference photo, we’ll provide a complimentary, no-obligation quote along with a proposal sketch.

Most custom artwork falls within the price ranges below. Additional detail or other special requirements may affect the price, but we’ll always provide a firm quote upfront so you know the full cost before making any commitment.
